Fickert diamond brush 140mm lapato brush for polishing granite and artificial cement quartz reaching leather antique surface
There are two length size for fickert brush: T1 (140mm) and T2 (170mm).
They are mainly applied on continuous automatic polishing machines, T1 (140mm) fickert abrasives are mainly for granite polishing machine, T2(170mm) fickert abrasives are mainly for ceramic or artificial quartz.
Fickert brushes are widely used for deburring or making leather or antique surface of stones,the finished slabs are matte surface.

What's the difference between glued fixing type and nailed fixing type ?
1. Glued fixing type has more abrasive wires in each holes because the wires are inserted by hand and there is almost no space left after sticking.
It can stand more pressure and doesn't bend easily while polishing because of its trimmed & concentrated wires, as well as it has glue strengthened.
Meanwhiles its price is more higher than nailed type since it take more labor time and spend more materials, but it has more longer lifespan.
2. Nailed type: the abrasive wires are sticked into the holes by automatic machines, its wires is more dispersive. Its imitation capacity is better because its has uneven and dispersive wires surface which can polish the concave and convex surface thoroughly.
